Teacher Bio
Yvonne-Marie Sain grew up in New York City and began training at a young age at Dance Theater of Harlem and the School at Steps.
Yvonne studied Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Modern dance at the Northfield Mount Hermon School and then went on to achieve a B.A. in Dance from Cornell University.

Since graduation Yvonne has had the opportunity to work with such choreographers as Jared Grimes, Dana Foglia, Sheryl Murakami, Joanna Numata, and Luis Salgado. She has had the pleasure of performing and teaching all over the US and abroad, including France, Italy, and Hong Kong. Her goal as a teacher is to give students a thorough education while nurturing and inspiring their creativity, discipline and self-confidence.
