All Levels Breaking and Tricks will consist of mastering the basics, introducing combinations and strengthening our natural movement to incorporate into strong solos. Classes will focus on strength, conditioning to introduce new movement such as power moves, freezes and acrobatic tricks. Whether brand new or a seasoned veteran in Breaking, everyone will walk away with a new perspective in expanding our imagination into solid solos while respecting the musicality.
