Private classes provide dancers of all ages with the opportunity to experience the New York dance world while receiving personalized instruction tailored to their unique needs, skill levels, and interests.
Our drop-in schedule is open to dancers ages 13 and up. Instructors occasionally welcome younger dancers (ages 10-12) on a case-by-case basis. Please contact groups@bwydance.com for approval.
During summer months, we offer Summer Session, drop-in classes specifically designed for dancers ages 8-18 at our Children and Teen location.
Yes! When you book through Group Services you customize every detail to make your group’s experience amazing including class duration, style, and level.
After you complete your group registration, you will receive a “Group Class Sign-In Form” where you can easily specify the classes your dancers want to take! Once we receive this form, we will take it from there and make sure your students are signed into their respective classes.

Dancing over the summer? We’ve got Summer Session, summer drop-in classes specifically designed for dancers ages 8-18 at our Children and Teens location.
There is an 8-10 dancer limit from one group in each class, which is a great way for your dancers to explore new styles.
Of course, you can! Our faculty is composed of working professionals, so while we can take requests it is not always guaranteed that the requested educator will be available. We are thrilled to have faculty who are actively working in the industry and can provide that knowledge to all of the dancers who visit BDC!
