IN-PERSON CLASS RATES + Regulations

In an ongoing effort to provide our students with more affordable, quality dance training, we have created additional class packages to fit your needs. Packages are good for any class on our in-person class schedule (unless otherwise noted).

We proudly provide discounted class rates for working performers, dance teachers, union-affiliated performers, and dancers over 50.

 

EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 2, 2026

  • WORKING PERFORMER • DANCE TEACHER (18+)

WORKING PERFORMER
Working performer rate available for dancers currently working and/or completed a paid contract in the past year.

Students must have a proof of contract within the past year to qualify.

DANCE TEACHER
Dance teacher rate available for active dance teachers ages 18+.

Students must have a have proof of teaching to qualify.

UNIONS
Union rate available for active AEA, SAG-AFTRA, AGMA,
AGVA, CAEA, and SDC members.

Students must have a valid, active Union membership to qualify.

DIAMOND
Diamond rate available for dancers ages 50 and over.

Please email Info@bwydance.com, or speak with our Studio Manager in-person, to update your account.

 

IN-PERSON Class Policies:
  • Enrollment opens 1 week prior to class start date, and closes 15 minutes before class starts.
  • 12-hour cancellation notice required for in-person class credit. Class will not be credited back to the student's account if cancelled within 12 hours of class start time.
  • Classes can not be transferred between students, and class packages cannot be shared between students.
  • If a student has not checked in or is not present at the start of class time, BDC cannot guarantee their spot in class. Please see the check-in desk for assistance.

 

Livestream Class Rates

Broadway Dance Center is still offering LIVESTREAM classes! With our continuing online class schedule, you can take class anywhere with our world renowned BDC Faculty. All class times are in Eastern Time (New York).

LIVESTREAM Class Policies:
  • Enrollment opens 1 week prior to class start date, and closes 30 minutes before class starts.
  • Each student on screen is required to purchase an individual enrollment. If there are multiple students taking a class together, we ask that each student purchases a class, and notifies the class host of each student's name.
  • 2-hour cancellation notice required for livestream class credit. Class will not be credited back to student's account if cancelled within 2 hours of class start time.
  • Classes can not be transferred between students, and class packages cannot be shared between students.

 

All Class Extension Terms

  • All single classes and 3-class packages expire 1 month after purchase. No extensions.
  • For a $10 fee, all 5- and 10-class packages may be extended for an additional 1 month from the original expiration date.
    • Includes all remaining classes. Class packages may be extended ONE TIME ONLY.
  • Classes & class packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be shared.
