Originally from Florida, Marinda Davis' dance training began at the young age of two. Between her training at Mary Jo’s Performing Arts Academy, Blake High School of the Arts, and regional musical theater, it was during these pivotal years that Davis' signature style gained its eclectic roots. Int Adv CONTEMPORARY JAZZ

An eclectic compilation of modern, jazz, ballet, and street styles with a heavy emphasis on musicality, lyric interpretation, and storytelling, Marinda's advanced contemporary class both challenges and stretches the human body, mind, and soul. Class begins with a warmup, transitions into various improv techniques and across the floor exercises, and ends with choreography that is both athletic and challenging. While maintaining a warm, safe environment, Marinda requests work ethic, focus, risk, passion, clarity, push, and attention to detail while encouraging the utmost support of one another. Expect to sweat and live. Come with an open heart ready to learn, work, give, and share.
