Class Descriptions

In her classes, Kaitlyn focuses on creating a safe and inclusive environment for dancers to learn and grow while emphasizing technical foundations. Class begins with a full body warm up that educates dancers on proper alignment in order to safely move. Improvisation exercises are used as a tool for students to dive deeper into their unique artistry. This is then followed by a combination focusing on musicality, movement quality, technique and authenticity. Kaitlyn encourages dancers to discover both freedom and individuality in their movement.
