Justin Schaffner is a professional competitive latin ballroom dancer & choreographer, actor & singer based in NYC. He has competed and performed nationally and internationally at various competitions and theatrical shows. His most memorable credits include being the Swing and Assistant Dance Captain on the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory National Tour, Dancer in Sway: A Dance Trilogy (Starring Val & Maks Chmerkovskiy & Zendaya), Bobby in A Chorus Line, Radames Understudy/Ensemble in Aida, and Principal Dancer for RWS/Holland America Cruise Lines.
Justin has trained with World Class Champion Dancers Riccardo Cocchi & Yulia Zagoruychenko, Vibeke Toft & Allan Tornsberg, Eugene Katsevman & Maria Manusova, and Shirley Ballas

Ballroom Fusion is a dance class focused on Ballroom Dancing mixed with elements of Theatre, Jazz, Commercial dance and other influences. This class is designed for dancers of all levels and focuses on providing a foundational and comprehensive understanding of the ballroom style dances as well as advanced choreography with an emphasis on competitive and performative techniques. A goal of this class is to equip dancers with the necessary skills to confidently perform in a style that is often encountered in various projects but less so often trained. Dances in this style include Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive, Swing, Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Mambo, Salsa & more.
Suede soled latin dance shoes are encouraged but not required.
