Class Descriptions

Heels

Janelle's description of her heels class is to wear heels that are at least 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 inches tall. We do a nice stretch feel good warm up to stretch our limbs before we put our heels on.  We learn how to walk with confidence going across the floor, more or least how to walk in heels. Janelle likes to teach a combination of women dance like women, and leave her class feeling good about themselves. She likes to dance/teach to R&B music and dance to the lyrics. You might feel like you will walk into class like a girl but definitely walk out the studio feeling like a whole new woman. It's really all about finding your sexiness and feeling sexy everyday after her class.
