Jamie Golden is a dancer, multi-certified mobility specialist and educator with over 15 years of professional experience helping performers build strength, endurance and longevity through movement. Drawing from a career that has taken her around the world as a professional dancer and trainer for global entertainers, Jamie combines performance expertise with mobility and movement training to help humans move better, perform stronger, gain athleticism and develop physical resilience.

Her team behind the Poms includes Cynthia, a former NFL Cheerleader who spent four seasons with the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Chargers and still continues to work with the league. LaQuet, brings over 20 years of Broadway and off-Broadway experience to the team and has continued to serve as a faculty member at elite NYC dance studios while operating her own business, Fearless Young Artist. Tess combines her expertise as a professional dancer, certified personal trainer and BFA in contemporary dance Summa cum laude from Boston Conservatory to elevate our training.

Together with diverse industry experience they prioritize proper technique while creating an encouraging environment for dancers of all levels. This team will build confidence, versatility, athleticism, and performance-ready skills in a well-rounded class designed to support both growth and longevity in dance.

Pom & Strength Training combines NFL Cheerleader inspired Pom choreography with targeted full body conditioning and mobility work. Designed for the versatile dancer, this class builds the endurance and athletic power required for a professional dance career. This class emphasizes control and body awareness while preparing your joints to handle the demands of both everyday movement and high-performance dance, helping dancers build the joint health and movement capacity needed for longevity on and off the dance floor. No matter your dance goals, certain fundamentals will always set you apart in the audition room and on stage. When you back up your technique with a powerful core, full-body strength, and elite stamina, you become an unstoppable dancer ready to excel in any environment.
