Class Descriptions

Heather’s classes foster a transcendent experience that begins with the breath, flows into exploration, and evolves into movement, with a focus on energetic flow, musicality, and intention. Her work invites you to let go of control and surrender to the present moment through a somatic, soulful, conscious flow ~ where body, breath, and mind move in balance together. Heather believes it is within this harmony that the heart naturally takes the lead. Come to celebrate the body’s ability to feel, the breath’s ability to move us, and the soul’s desire to express what words cannot. Let’s dance!
