Anthony Garza’s classes are a full body experience. He takes the time to give the class a proper warm up. Preparing the body to dance and have full range in motion. This warm up consists of stretch, strengthening, conditioning, cardio, and dance a combo. He prides himself on creating a safe space for dancers to learn and enjoy themselves.
