Class Descriptions

Students will enter a classroom environment that will take them back to a time when they felt comfortable to outwardly explore their inner artistic soul, in a completely judgment-free zone. Establishing this is important so that all students will be able to dive into the learning process to help achieve their goal of being a more skilled and confident performer. Class includes a brief warm-up and will focus on dance technique, choreography absorption, as well as applying acting foundations to their performance. *Andrew's class tends to veer more into the athletic realm of theater dance than the technical, so sneakers/socks/barefoot is preferred.

Class structure follows Andrew's form of creating a completely judgement-free, safe zone to explore the student's world -- upside down! Designed for students with little experience through advanced tumblers, this tumbling/acro class has a progressive style which allows students to revisit the basics and also apply new techniques for advanced tricks. From forward rolls to back tucks, you will learn how to propel your body through the air with finesse, as well as perform these skills safely and confidently in the audition room and on the stage. *Class is taught on gymnastics mats.
