In each class, Ali aims to challenge dancers with speed, textures & versatility, all while providing continuous support for dancers to get more comfortable in her style. Class begins with an abbreviated warm up & moves swiftly into choreography to give dancers plenty of time to practice & execute the phrase at hand. Ali’s combinations are designed to have dancers leaving class feeling pushed, yet accomplished with their results.

JAZZ

With a focus on sharp accents, powerful dynamics & high-energy, Ali's jazz class will surely get your body moving! Starting with a thorough warm-up, Ali's goal is to have dancers feeling stronger & fulfilled with just the warm up alone, as she prides herself on ensuring dancers are fully prepared for the work that is headed their way. Ali's Jazz combinations work through a plethora of foundational elements, high performance quality performance value & fierce execution of the choreography.

JUMPS & TURNS

Ali’s Jumps & Turns class takes dancers through foundational drills to improve jump power & turn consistency. Starting with a high intensity warm up, Ali focuses on the body’s natural mobility, works through stability exercises in center & ends with a mix of turn/jump sequences across the floor. Ali’s main goal for her Jumps & Turns classes is to ensure every dancer leaves stronger & more equipped to execute any jump/turn thrown their way!

CONTEMPORARY

Using a strong technical foundation, paired with emotionally driven movement, Ali’s contemporary classes are a push for the body & release for the mind.
