Class focuses on movement phrases and the experience of taking up space. Less story-driven and more feeling-based, Trent’s contemporary class exists to fuel and energize each dancer. With experience in education, performance, and choreography, you will leave class feeling accomplished and with a revitalized toolbox of contemporary movement. A full cardio, stretch and strengthening warm up will start the class followed by learning a sample of choreography.
Class focuses on movement through a variety of different jazz styles and techniques. Trent’s energetic and playful choreography focuses on both story and stage presence. A full cardio, stretch and strengthening warm up will start the class followed by learning choreography phrases.

Repertoire is pulled from existing musical theater pieces and new works that are exciting and character-forward.
