Theresa's classes will always start with a thorough warm-up. Contemporary classes will consist of training both your brain, and your artistry. You will understand and learn improvisational techniques that manipulate your mind and body, as well as learn a combination that will test that same mind and body relationship.
Ultimately, Theresa's class is made for your personal growth as an artist, and all-around being. In technical settings such as Jazz, there will be across the floor progressions. Street Styles classes will consist of a shortened warm-up and a combination.
