Sarah is the Co-Founder of The Precision Dance Collective (www.precisiondancecollective.com). When she’s not performing, Sarah spends her time leading strength fitness classes as an Adult and Pediatric First Aid CPR/AED Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Pre/Post Natal Specialist through PRONatal. Over the course of performing professionally for two decades, Sarah has realized that strength training and discipline go hand in hand with longevity in the performance industry, and Sarah’s mission is to continue spreading her knowledge of the human body with the youth so that they, too, can go on to perform for years to come in the professional world.
When she’s not teaching or training, you can find Sarah running marathons, volunteering for Big Brother’s Big Sisters of New York, traveling the U.S. to adjudicate dance competitions, and earning her undergraduate degree at Harvard Extension School!

Precision Jazz offers a supportive space for dancers to explore the art of precision dance with confidence and creativity! Dancers are highly encouraged to find their own unique style within the movement all the while focusing on pathways, transitions, and details along the way. Class begins with a technical warm-up followed by a combination that is taught count by count to fine-tune the art of precision movement and working together as a group. This class has a strong focus on technique and picking up choreography all the while enjoying the process. Character heels encouraged but not required. Come as you are!
Precision Tap with Sarah provides a supportive and welcoming space for dancers to focus on the dynamics of their sounds, and there is an acute attention to detail when it comes to marrying the upper body with the footwork. Sarah starts with a warm up prior to any across the floor movement, and a majority of the class is spent on a combination. The combination is broken down step by step and count by count before marrying everything together. Sarah encourages dancers to feel the energy of the room and dance together as a unit all the while bringing their own unique style to the footwork!
