Sarah’s class is a high-energy, positive, and safe environment for dancers to explore movement and creativity. Class begins with a technique-focused warm-up that combines cardio and conditioning to build strength and flexibility. From there, we move into across-the-floor exercises and then to a combination that brings it all together. In this supportive space, growth and mistakes are welcomed, allowing you to challenge yourself, learn, and fully immerse in the process. See you there!
