Ramon Baynes is originally from Cambridge MA. He started training in gymnastics and dance at the age of ten. Ramon studied and trained at the prestigious Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater on a full scholarship to their summer intensive program. After he graduated high school, it was then he decided to move to New York City to further his training at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.

Ramon studied and trained at the prestigious Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater on a full scholarship to their summer intensive program. After he graduated high school, it was then he decided to move to New York City to further his training at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
He has been working as a dancer and choreographer for numerous artists such as Mariah Carey, Britney Spears and Debbie Harry to just name a few. In 2016 he was the head choreographer and co-artistic director for FKA Twigs summer festival tour in Europe and in the states. In 2019 Ramon was invited to perform for Janet Jacksons State of the World Tour. This performance featured all the past tour dancers dating back to Janets 1990 Rhythm Nation World Tour, which was performed at the prestigious Rose Bowl in Los Angeles CA. Ramon was also featured as a dancer in Beyoncé's hit single Find Your Way Back, which was included in the influential visual movie “Black is King”.
