Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Raúl Contreras is currently working on Broadway as a Dance Captain, Swing and U/S Santiago in Moulin Rouge The Musical! He is a former company member of Ballet Hispánico, Ballet Metropolitano de Monterrey, Cuerpo Etéreo and Metamorphosis Dance Collective. A graduate of the Escuela Superior de Música y Danza de Monterrey with a BFA in Contemporary Dance, he has trained with Comunidad de Danza Urbana and Martha Graham School as well as multiple workshops around the globe.
