Nathalie Marrable is a NYC based performer, choreographer, and educator. She is currently preparing to perform with the Broadway First National Tour of My Fair Lady. Originally from Jeffrey’s Bay, South Africa, she was scouted by John Magnus of Joffrey Midwest to study in the USA, eventually graduating from Boston Ballet School. Nathalie performed works with Boston Ballet, Alberta Ballet, English National Ballet, Ontario Ballet Theatre, Canadian Symphony Orchestra and Synergy Contemporary Co UK. While in London, she caught the eye of Madonna who hired her over 700 hopefuls to be a body and movement double. She worked with Madonna extensively on a series of Brillia Mare Ariake ads by Steven Klein.
Nathalie's stage highlights include Swing in An American Paris (Braodway first national tour), Kitty in The Drowsy Chaperone (Canadian Equity Tour), Michael Buble, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Tokyo Disney, Janelle Monae, and various cabaret reviews in Paris, France. Her burlesque show was featured at Des Wintergarten Varieté in Berlin, Germany.
Nathalie has creatively directed stage and tv productions for fashion house Dosso Dossi ft. Miranda Kerr, Koc Festival, Miss Turkey Elidor, Adidas, Smirnoff for Madonna (MDNA), British Petroleum, Sony Experia, Ziynet Sali, Hale Caneroğlu, Eurovision Song Contest, RedBull, Tarkan, Star TV, The Beyaz Talk Show, and Target for Vogue. She collaborated with Turkish pop star Kenan Doğulu and creatively directed a National Tour with Coca Cola, featuring 2 hours of original choreography and 10 dancers. Nathalie was featured in Marie Claire Magazine as “top female artists to watch”. She has set original work for Victoria Ballet Theatre (winning a top spot at Festival Gala), Joffrey Texas, San Antonio School for The Performing Arts and Pennsylvania School for The Performing Arts. She is a judge for Showbiz National Talent, faculty for Deviate The Process and show manager for the synchronized swimming sensation Aqualillies.

Class Descriptions
Nathalie’s Jazz class explores various movement through storytelling, popular music and 80’s jazz dance nostalgia! Warm-up is 30 minutes long with a Jazz/Ballet base followed by energetic across the floor combinations honing in on technique, rhythm, coordination, and musicality. Class combinations pay homage to jazz dance pioneers like Debbie Allen, Luigi, and Gus Giordano while adding a current day edge. One on one attention and correction is given to encourage professional growth. Music ranges from disco beats to current day pop and rock. All are welcome! Bring your own uniqueness, meet like minded dancers, connect, laugh and add some fun to your day.
Nathalie's Burlesque class is inspired by Parisian cabarets such as Lido and Crazy Horse. Using her experience as a solo burlesque act in Europe, Nathalie teaches the unique and classy art of striptease. Warmup includes showgirl walks, getting comfortable with lyrical floor work, and using props such as gloves and chairs. Choreography is usually theatrical as students are encouraged to create "their own show". There are no wrong choices, only solos! This is a safe and empowering environment in which to experiment with the art of stylized striptease. Bring an oversized button down shirt and dress in whatever makes you feel fabulous. Heels are recommended. Class is appropriate for those with or without dance experience and gender-inclusive. Everyone is welcome!
