Class Descriptions

Mia’s class encourages and develops a strong understanding of Ballet, Modern, and Jazz technique. In addition, Mia values and prioritizes individuality and story-telling through movement, often using lyrics as an image-invoking tool. She encourages curiosity and self-discovery alongside the use of varying techniques and tools. Having had an array of experiences from many sides of the industry herself, she brings together a fusion of styles that will be investigated each class. The class will begin with a guided warm-up followed by a combination.
