McKinley Knuckle is a professional dancer and acrobat based in New York City and Toronto. He began dancing at the age of six as a competitive performer, training extensively in all styles with a strong focus on acrobatics and tumbling. He continued his formal training with the Toronto International Ballet Theatre and Salzburg Ballet in Austria.

McKinley Knuckle is a professional dancer and acrobat based in New York City and Toronto. He began dancing at the age of six as a competitive performer, training extensively in all styles with a strong focus on acrobatics and tumbling. He continued his formal training with the Toronto International Ballet Theatre and Salzburg Ballet in Austria.

Since then, McKinley has built an international career performing on stages around the world. He is a proud member of American Actors’ Equity, Canadian Actors’ Equity, and ACTRA Toronto. His favorite credits include the Miss Saigon First National Tour, Spamalot at the Stratford Festival, The Next Step on Family Channel, and the European Art on Ice tour with Sean Cheesman. McKinley also performed and served as Dance Captain for Disney Cruise Line across four seasons. He is currently performing on Broadway as a swing and acro cover in Death Becomes Her.

Offstage, McKinley is passionate about mentorship and education. He has taught for the Lisa Naves Dance Company and Stratford Dance Company, led musical theatre workshops for the Specialist High Skills Major program at Brantford Collegiate Institute, and provided private acro and tumbling coaching for dancers of all levels. His teaching emphasizes individuality and a personalized approach—because every body is different.

Class Descriptions

This fun and fast-paced 90-minute class is perfect for dancers with some acro experience who are ready to take their skills to the next level! We’ll start with 30 minutes of warm-up and strength-building, then move into acro drills and tumbling techniques. The class is tailored to each dancer’s level to make sure everyone stays safe and keeps improving. Our main goal is to help you add cool, clean acro and tumbling moves into your dancing in a way that feels natural and performance-ready.
Taught by McKinley Knuckle—a professional performer with over 10 years of acro and tumbling experience—this class is all about building confidence, strength, and creativity in every dancer.
