Class Descriptions

The class starts with a 20-25 minute warm-up that includes strengthening and stretching in order to prevent injury. Lopez would like to establish a class environment where students are not afraid to ask questions. Lopez will break down movements and wants to make sure everyone “gets-it.” The class concludes with a high energy routine that combines elements of b-boying, street jazz, popping, locking and house.
