Mary Beth’s class moves along with progression, with a good amount of repetition at the barre. Emphasis on correct alignment, strength-building exercises, and musicality throughout the class.
Designed specifically for BDC, this class will incorporate ballet technique, resistance training, mat work and cardio to give you a ballet dancer's stream-lined and toned look. Class is completed with stretches to lengthen the body and cool down the muscles after the workout. You'll leave feeling supported, powerful and lean. Socks or bare feet are suitable. Please bring a towel.
