Originally from Ohio, Liz Guerrieri discovered her passion for teaching at an early age, working with both recreational and competitive teams in Cleveland. She co-founded her high school dance team while assisting the NBA Cleveland Cavalier Girls, gaining early exposure to the professional dance world. Liz continued her dance and academic journey at Wake Forest University, earning a degree in Health & Exercise Science while choreographing and teaching regularly on and off campus. It was during this time that her love for teaching and her artistic voice truly began to take shape.

Now based in Los Angeles, Liz is in-demand nationally, working with studios, colleges, intensives, and training programs across the country. Her teaching blends technical foundation with stylization. Emphasizing musicality, textures, and shape, her movement is delivered in a fast-paced, supportive environment that holds dancers to an industry standard. Liz creates space for dancers to be challenged, expand their awareness, and refine their craft for both artistry and career longevity.

In the commercial dance industry, Liz has worked as a dancer, movement director, assistant and associate choreographer, and creative team collaborator. Her performance credits include Demi Lovato, Justin Bieber, Panic! At the Disco, Kelly Clarkson, DNCE, The NFL Shop, Good Morning America, and The Ellen Show. She has contributed creatively and choreographically on performances, tours, and campaigns for artists and brands such as Kelsea Ballerini, Paris Hilton, Madison Beer, Tinashe, Suki Waterhouse, Anitta, Halsey, The American Music Awards, Saturday Night Live, Coachella, The CMA Awards, The Masked Singer, The Latin GRAMMYs, ESPN, Old Navy, Fortnite, and more.

Liz’s philosophy is simple: how you do anything is how you do everything. Her classes aim not just to challenge dancers technically, but to support their growth into intentional, versatile, and empowered artists ready to thrive in the professional world.
