Class Descriptions

Sunday Service for the Artist! Before stepping into Broadway's bright lights, take time to pour back into yourself! The show is for the audience, but service to and for yourself is what my Int/ Adv Contemporary Theater class provides. It is a movement sanctuary where intention, flow, and artistry meet.

Each week, we’ll dance to music that feeds our souls — Snoh Aalegra, Yebba, Momo Boyd, Snarky Puppy — because you deserve to be Full before the work week begins. Refill your cup, worship yourself, and reclaim your artistry. Let’s move with purpose, vulnerability, and freedom.

Join me for Contemporary Jazz — a class that blends Broadway-style power with a deep, expressive flow. In this class, we dive into dynamic movement that fuses the lines of jazz and contemporary, focusing on musicality, storytelling, and the joy of dancing. It is perfect for artists who want to move from their souls, find freedom in precision, and explore what it means to be fearless.
