Katie Thrasher is a New York based dancer and group fitness Instructor. She currently teaches multiple formats at Equinox including Athletic Conditioning, Metcon, Cardio Blast, Core Conditioning, Inner Athlete, PGX, and Bootcamp, and is known for her killer AB series.

Katie Thrasher is a New York based dancer and group fitness Instructor. She currently teaches multiple formats at Equinox including Athletic Conditioning, Metcon, Cardio Blast, Core Conditioning, Inner Athlete, PGX, and Bootcamp, and is known for her killer AB series. 

She found her passion for fitness and got her Bikram Yoga certification in 2011, She then began teaching 6-10 classes a week at Bikram Yoga Lower East Side and Bikram Yoga Downtown. She worked at LUXYoga which is a luxury Yoga retreat in the south of France.

Later, Katie switched her focus to more strength based group fitness. She has taught various formats at TMPL, KORE, MPHC, and is a NASM CPT. Besides teaching you can always find her taking different fitness classes to continue to expand her knowledge.

Class Descriptions

All Levels BOOTCAMP is a total body workout, Come ready to sweat as you build strength and tone. Katie’s motto is work hard but have fun doing it! 

Class combines cardio bursts to get your heart rate up to help burn calories throughout the day, body weight exercises to build strength, as well as lots of core work, including an AB finisher in which you will feel every AB muscle you knew you had, and probably a few more. 

Sneakers suggested, suitable for all fitness levels.
