Jordan’s work merges contemporary movement with narrative-driven storytelling across theater, dance, and film. Her Off-Broadway theater credits include Carnival and Milk & Honey (intimacy coordinator), How My Grandparents Fell in Love (choreographer and movement director), White Rose: The Musical (movement director), and Singfeld! A Musical About Nothing (choreographer).
Her original production SHERLOCK, a dance adaptation inspired by Sherlock Holmes, sparked an ongoing exploration into dance theater adaptations of film and television narratives. Outside of RyderDance, Jordan has also created work for Eryc Taylor Dance, Rogue Wave Dance, One Day Dance, amongst others, with performances at venues including the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Martha Graham Studio Theater.
Jordan is on faculty at Broadway Dance Center and other studios and continues to develop interdisciplinary work that centers storytelling, collaboration, and contemporary dance.
