Janice Kelly is a wellness professional specializing in yoga and meditation training with over 20 years of experience. She received her 200-hr RYT from Pure Yoga with additional training in pre/post-natal, her Pilates certification from Power Pilates, and mindfulness meditation certification from The Path/Nalanda Institute.

Janice is known for her lighthearted yet focused demeanor and her strong ability to tune into the specific needs of each of her students; particularly New Yorkers with busy and demanding lifestyles. Janice currently teaches in-home private yoga and Pilates sessions to clients all over New York City from CEOs and busy moms to startup tycoons and retired seniors. She has provided corporate staff training in yoga, stress relief, mindfulness, and meditation for clients such as the National Basketball Association (NBA), Prada, Tiffany & Co., PVH Corp (owner of Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger), Univision, and Alicart Group as well as various startups and small businesses. Janice additionally worked as part of a physical therapy team at Restore 353 Therapies providing yoga therapy and Pilates to patients.
As a performer, Janice has danced with The Metropolitan Opera, the Broadway companies of The Phantom of the Opera and West Side Story (2009 Revival), and in the film Black Swan. Prior to working in wellness, Janice worked as a technology investment analyst at a hedge fund. She is a finance graduate of Fordham University.

Janice teaches yoga for inner peace, strength, joy, a quiet mind, and the highest self. Her class is centered around the Vinyasa technique of breath and fluidity between poses, and designed to empower, rejuvenate, and restore her students. Increase your heart rate, stretch and strengthen your muscles, calm your mind and ease tension in your body.
Beginner to advanced students are welcome. This class offers modifications and multi-level options so students may get the most out of their practice. Come as you are, set your intention, and have fun along the way!
