Eric Sanchez, born and raised in the Bronx, New York City, found his path for dance at the age of eight. Having gone through high school filling up his schedule with several dance programs, he graduated as the initial valedictorian of the Bronx Preparatory Charter School. After graduating, he continued his dance studies at the Alvin Ailey School and with several NYC dance companies.

Having gone through high school filling up his schedule with several dance programs, he graduated as the initial valedictorian of the Bronx Preparatory Charter School. After graduating, he continued his dance studies at the Alvin Ailey School and with several NYC dance companies.
After two years of working with a Talent Agent and booking commercials, television, and film, Eric packed his bags and left NYC for Los Angeles. Upon arrival, he immediately found work in music videos, industrials, stage productions, and choreographing for performing artists.
Eric discovered other facets to nurture his creative soul by helping others. He started as an intern managing talent at Bohemia Group in LA and then paving ways to being an Assistant to the Casting Director on TRU TV's Operation Repo, Beyond the Stage Productions’s RENT, as well as feature length and short films.
Eric loves to help cultivate new talent and revitalize the importance of the careers for emerging artists as well as finding the right talent for specific projects. Continuing an artistic path, he finds pleasure in dancing, modeling, and choreographing. There are different styles of Vogue --Vogue Femme, Vogueing the New Way, and Vogueing the Old Way.
This class is geared toward expanding dance vocabulary, building on versatility, and helping to create individuality. Focusing on the fundamentals of Vogueing, expect to work on drills that include Lines, Angles, Shapes, and across the floor exercises.
Eric's combinations, however, pull from a variety of styles that can include Hip-Hop, Tutting, Jazz Funk, House, and more.
