Elodie Dufroux was born in Loudun, France. She was first introduced to dance at the age of 7 as an after school activity at a dance studio back home. Elodie Dufroux was born in Loudun, France. She was first introduced to dance at the age of 7 as an after school activity at a dance studio back home. After finishing her college degree in France, she moved to the United Kingdom to pursue a Masters in Science of International Business Management where she rediscovered her love for dancing at the renowned Pineapple Dance Studios. This led her to revisit her training and ultimately decide to take a leap of faith and go back to her dance career. The following year in 2014, Elodie took her adventure all the way to New York. Thanks to her versatility and experience within different dance styles, Elodie quickly connected and started working once in NY, as a dancer and assistant, with choreographers such as Hamilton’s Jon Rua, Luis Salgado, and Atlantic Records choreographer, Carlos Neto which catapulted her to where she is now. She recently performed as a featured dancer for the Telemundo Upfront at the Ziegfeld Theatre. She was also one of dancers at the 2019-2020 New Year’s Eve performance with the band PHISH at Madison Square Garden. After achieving her artist visa renewal, Elodie chose to continue her career in the USA as a Dancer, Teacher & Choreographer at Broadway Dance Center and other prominent studios.
