Class Descriptions

Class begins with a full body warm-up incorporating improv to discover and loosen the body. Dancers will increase their heart rate in order to fully engage their entire selves for the combination. Ellenore’s combinations change with every class, ranging from Contemporary to Hip-Hop influenced work and pieces with acting elements. Ellenore encourages the dancers to work on storytelling, dynamics and musicality while enjoying their bodies moving through space. Class is meant to challenge dancers of all types and backgrounds, and teach them in a space where they feel comfortable to explore and move in a judgment-free zone.
