Class Descriptions

Caitlin's expanisve, precise clasical Ballet clas will begin with 45 minutes of barre exercises, followed by 45 minutes of center combinations and traveling across the floor.

Barre combinations are designed to emphasize supported turnout, length and alignment, rhythm and musicality. They not long or overly complicated; we hone fundamentals while building strength for balance and extensions.

Center work is designed to work shift of weight, coordination for turning, refined footwork, speed for small and power for large jumps. Our goal is to harness expansive freedom through classical syllabus.

Cailtin believes the most satisfying, top quality and most enjoyable ballet work can be bright, that meticulous detail can be playful, and that rhythm and texture elevate our work.  As a performing artist herself, she wants you to enjoy class and get what you came for, practically and artistically.
