Alyssa Fuhrman (she/her) is a dancer, actor, and choreographer living and playing in NYC. Alyssa Fuhrman (she/her) is a dancer, actor, and choreographer living and playing in NYC. Originally from sunny California, Alyssa's journey in the Big Apple started here with the Broadway Dance Center Professional Semester. After graduating from that incredible program, some of her favorite performing highlights include AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Lines, Sandcastle Resort on the island of Guam, Good Morning America, Live! with Kelly and Ryan, Live! with Kelly and Michael, and a live dance game show in China led by JT Horenstein and Tony Guerrero.
As a creator, she was the Director/Choreographer for Iberostar Resorts where her choreography can now be seen at a dozen resorts across 4 countries. She worked as the Associate Choreographer to Al Blackstone for a Neiman Marcus commercial, Associate Choreographer to Michael McCrary for MSC Cruises (Armonia and Lirica), and recently made her off-Broadway debut as part of the choreographic team of the new musical Shooting Star.
Her enthusiasm for life and all of its quirks drives her as a performer, creator, and human. She believes passionately in the power of finding and sharing joy.

Alyssa fosters an upbeat, positive, and joyful class space where play and bold choices are welcome and celebrated. Her choreography combines many styles and is always grounded in storytelling - the why behind the movement is just as important to her as the movement itself. She wants each dancer to come out of class with a smile on their face and a deeper love for the glue that holds us all together. She finds the creative energy that pulses through a studio full of dedicated and passionate dancers so inspiring and truly believes in the power of finding and sharing joy.
