Sandy Shelton (He/Him) is a multidisciplinary professional whose career bridges the performing arts, information technology, and digital media production. He brings more than 25 years of professional experience in the theater, dance, and entertainment industry, paired with deep technical background in (almost) all things IT. He holds a BA from the prestigious College Scholars program at the University of Tennessee. 

Sandy began his career at Broadway Dance Center as an intern, mainly working on data entry and minor web updates. Today he is the Senior Manager of IT Operations, where he oversees mission-critical systems, workflows, and long-term technology strategy. His work focuses on translating complex needs into practical, reliable solutions that support artists, educators, and organizations at scale.

In parallel, Sandy is a professional photo and video creator. Through his company Total Focus Media, producing high-quality visual media for performance, education, and branded storytelling. His background as a performer gives him a rare ability to anticipate creative intent, while his technical skill ensures projects are executed efficiently and to professional standards. Sandy excels at connecting creative vision with operational reality.
