Blandine Goudou is a French dancer and choreographer. She competes in Jazz, Boogie Woogie, Rock n' Roll and West Coast Swing, and has won both national and international competitions. Notably, she was awarded for her choreography by the Olympic Committee at the World Championship of Rock n' Roll when she was 15. Blandine came to the USA in 2015 to further her education in dance, and successfully completed the International Student Visa Program here at BDC.
Katie Thrasher is a New York based dancer and group fitness Instructor. She currently teaches multiple formats at Equinox including Athletic Conditioning, Metcon, Cardio Blast, Core Conditioning, Inner Athlete, PGX, and Bootcamp, and is known for her killer AB series.
She found her passion for fitness and got her Bikram Yoga certification in 2011, She then began teaching 6-10 classes a week at Bikram Yoga Lower East Side and Bikram Yoga Downtown. She worked at LUXYoga which is a luxury Yoga retreat in the south of France.
Maddie O'Hara is an NYC based improv teacher and coach. An alumni of The Second City Training Program, she has taught improv at places such as Gotham City Improv, The Producers Club, Broadway Dance Center, Beyond The Stage Studios, and The Girl Scout Leadership Institute. She has coached every kind of improv team from beginner groups to competition groups, and loves laughing with her students the whole time.
Melissa Bingham is redefining “having it all”. Choosing to have it all by her definition, she left her career as a successful event planner after owning her own company for 15 years to pursue her true passion as a spiritual mentor for women (and men) helping them to see that they are enough exactly as they are. Key to her success is meditation and intention. With over 25 years of mediation experience, she leads group meditation around the Bay area. Her book, “Today I Choose” is a daily intention guidebook that paves the way for a more intentional life.
