Bronwen Carson is an award-winning actor, and Theatre and Film Director.

Bronwen teaches master classes in acting for the stage, acting for the camera, physical theatre, and performance development throughout the US, most recently at Juilliard, The En Avant Foundation, and in Spring 2017 at ABT.

In 2015/16 Bronwen was the recipient of two residencies at Ironbound Theatre, and The Director's Lab at The Actor's Studio.

Mary Dana Abbott first found herself on a yoga mat over 25 years ago. She would accompany her Dad to a hatha yoga class at their neighborhood dance center. Since then she has studied numerous disciplines and styles, landing ten years ago at Laughing Lotus- where she currently directs the 200-hour teacher training and advanced studies programing in sequencing and hands-on assists. 

Amber Paul is the founder of Yoga for Actors, a system that teaches performers of all types how to overcome audition and performance anxiety through the freeing practice of yoga. Amber’s style of teaching embraces the individual, acknowledges the moment, and encourages joyful expression.

As owner of a thriving private yoga practice based in New York, Amber works with clients ranging from opera singers to corporate executives. She is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500 vinyasa yoga instructor and specializes in teaching meditation for the modern practitioner.

Becca Pace hails from a small town near Buffalo, NY and has called NYC her home for the past 13 years. She studied musical theater at Point Park college and following graduation lived as a working actor, singer, dancer for many years here in New York. Becca has never let go of her singing/dancing background and brings all of her stage energy to each and every class she teaches! 

Linda Farrell (she/her) has been teaching Pilates mat for the last ten years at Equinox and the Broadway Dance Center. Students marvel at how long and lean they feel after one of her inspiring classes. Linda’s clear articulation, poise and precise cueing make for her unique style and distinguish her as one of the most popular Pilates Mat teachers in New York City.

Lenore Marks (she/her) is originally from NYC, but grew up living in Germany, Switzerland, England and Spain. Initially a gymnast she discovered her love of dance after a friend suggested she try a jazz class, and she hasn’t looked back since! Lenore is a certified Active Isolated Flexibility teacher and has been teaching this technique for over 10 years. She started her training under Michele Assaf at Broadway Dance Center, and received her certification from Jim and Phil Wharton at Wharton Performance.
