Misa Ogasawara

Misa Ogasawara, originally from Japan, graduated in 1992 from the renowned Musashino Academia Musicae (Musashino College of Music) in Tokyo, Japan.

Lynette Johnson

Lynette Johnson has been teaching fitness and dance for over 35 years. She is a professional dancer/ teacher and musical theatre performer as well as being the mother of two amazing children.  After graduating with a dance degree from East Carolina University, she was hired to teach ballet at the ECU School of Theatre and Dance and the NC Academy of Dance Arts, and to be the coach of the East Carolina University Dance Team.

Cesar Rocha

Cesar Rocha is a casting associate at Telsey + Company and has been a part of the Telsey team since 2010, he is originally from Miami, Florida. Telsey + Company has work on various theatre, film and television projects. Some of these include ; Broadway/Tours: American in Paris, Something Rotten, Finding Neverland, The Last Ship, Love Letters, This is Our Youth, Motown, Kinky Boots, Million Dollar Quartet. Off-Broadway: Atlantic, MCC, Second Stage, Signature.

Luis Salgado

Luis Salgado (he/him) is an international director, choreographer, and educator based in NYC. Luis is well known for his work as the Latin Assistant Choreographer of the Tony Award-winning musical In The Heights, and recently performed in the Gloria Estefan Musical, On Your Feet! Broadway.

Jorge Urquijo

Originally from Colombia, Jorge Urquijo has an extensive background in Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, and several other Latin rhythms. He considers himself to be a strong and passionate dancer.

Traci Copeland

A competitive gymnast for 13 years and collegiate track and field competitor, Traci Copeland began her yoga experience in 2005. Feeling defeated from a recurring knee problem which felt worse after certain Bikram poses, she soon found a Vinyasa style within the Strala method that met her needs.

After three knee operations, yoga has not only helped strengthen Traci's knee, allowing her to get deeper into certain poses, but has allowed her to run five days a week including the recent completion of two marathons.
