Teacher Bio
Frank Musso is the Founder and Creative Director of Revel Dance Convention. Originally from New Jersey, he trained at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and Montclair State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. His performance career includes television, musical theatre, independent films, and dance revues.

Originally from New Jersey, he trained at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and Montclair State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. His performance career includes television, musical theatre, independent films, and dance revues.
With more than two decades of experience, Frank has taught at studios across the country and served as an adjudicator for several national dance competitions. His choreography has been commissioned by studios, earning national recognition and multiple nominations. As an educator, he is committed to nurturing artistic growth, building confidence, and helping dancers develop their individual voices.
Through Revel Dance Convention, Frank has successfully created an inclusive educational environment that supports and challenges dancers of all abilities. He also developed thePANEL, an annual audition experience connecting dancers with more than 50 organizations and industry leaders, and the Pro Reveler Company, a mentorship program offering young dancers continued training and hands-on industry experience. Through his teaching and creative leadership, Frank remains dedicated to meaningful dance education, authentic connection, and giving opportunity to the next generation of artists.

Frank’s class is an opportunity for dancers to challenge themselves, explore their versatility, and discover new ways to connect movement, music, and storytelling. Set in a high-energy and supportive environment, class begins with an invigorating warm-up that increases energy, sharpens technique, and builds strength before diving into choreography. With influences from traditional jazz and musical theatre, Frank’s choreography combines technical precision with bold creativity and expressive movement. With an emphasis on musicality, intention, and performance quality, dancers are encouraged to explore movement beyond the steps, take creative risks, and bring their own personality and interpretation to every combination.
