Alexx Stachowiak was recently featured on Good Morning America and featured in Capezio 2024 & 2023 male dance wear campaign. Alexx is a director/choreographer with several shows for NYFW with brands like Gaynor Minden, Dance & Sway. Alexx has choreographed for Art Basel and dozens of musicals with Virginia Musical Theatre! Contemporary Jazz

Join Alexx for a dynamic dance class focused on training to be better than you were yesterday. We start with a brief meditation to center the mind and body, followed by a rigorous warm-up that engages all muscle groups. Expect essential stretching, isolations, and technique training, including across-the-floor exercises. The class culminates in learning a contemporary choreography combination, with a strong emphasis on foundational jazz techniques. This class is suitable for the professional dancer and aims to refine your skills, boost your confidence, and deepen your love for dance. Come ready to work hard and embrace your individual growth!
