For more than four years, Aisha Francis toured the world as Beyonce’s right hand dancer and dance captain, formerly serving as assistant choreographer and co-creator of the Crazy in Love Booty Dance. This career highlight established Aisha’s credibility in sensual movement and became a force to be reckoned with in a pair of pumps. Other movement clients include Christina Aguilera, Rita Ora, Nelly Furtado, EnVogue, Rihanna, and Kelly Rowland, just to name a few.
More recently, Aisha has been featured on such prominent television shows as American Idol, Dancing With the Stars, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The View, Good Morning America, Ellen, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman, This past season of So You Think You Can Dance, and more. Aisha can be seen dazzling the screen in such feature films as Burlesque, Bring it on Fight to the Finish, The Country Bears, and Malibu’s Most Wanted. Aisha has performed along side with such artists as Prince, Cher, Jay-Z, Kelly Rowland, Rihanna, Sean Paul, Usher , Ciara, Shaggy, Jewel, Chris Brown, Snoop Dogg, Stevie Wonder, Kid Rock, Robin Thicke, Jon Secada, and Omarion.
Through Aisha’s experience as a professional dancer, choreographer, and personal movement coach, she realized her true passion was teaching women to be “fierce” all day everyday. Currently, she choreographs movement for actors and singers for music videos, commercials, feature films, photo shoots and red carpet training.

PumpCamp was created by Aisha Francis herself to encourage all types of movers to feel confident and sexy with themselves! In this class students are expected to be in tight fitted clothing and comfortable heels with good ankle support. Aisha will teach students how to walk, move, dance and feel more confident in their pumps. For dancers aspiring to dance professionally this class will give them the tools to set them apart in auditions and to consistently work in the business. Expect to strut ,groove, roll them hips , and feel fearless in this class!! Aisha aims to bring out that inner fierceness she believes everyone has and to encourage all her students to enjoy life a little bit more in a pair of pumps!!
