Sarah Meahl (she/her) is a Broadway Dancer/Choreographer/Teacher/Activist in the New York City Dance Community. Sarah Meahl (she/her) is a Broadway Dancer/Choreographer/Teacher/Activist in the New York City Dance Community. She has numerous off Broadway, regional and touring Credits. Sarah has appeared on TV in Disney Commercials, Haunting Evidence: The Natalie Holloway Story, The 90th and 98th Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade, the 72nd and 78th Tony Awards, The Today Show & The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and the Warner Bros Rom-Com Isn’t it Romantic.
Sarah made her choreographic Broadway debut with Trisha Paytas’ Big Broadway Dream! Other NY choreography credits include Broadway Bares 2025 and 2026, NY Fashion Week (for Alexis Bittar). NYU Steinhardt’s 2026 production of She Loves Me, I Put A Spell on You Live 2023, Easter Bonnet Competition 2023 (dir/chor).
Regional: Meet Me in St Louis at The MUNY, Hershey Park’s 2024 Main Stage Shows (Dir/Chor), and Virgin Voyages. You can currently see Sarah’s choreography on Holland America’s Cruise Ship’s Welcome Aboard Show!
She spent time on Faculty at The Joffrey School & Institute of American Musical Theatre. She’s served as Dance Director for Broadway Artists Alliance since 2019, and has taught master classes & sets shows/production numbers for multiple universities, dance studios and Dance Conventions all across America. She graduated Magna cum laude from Point Park University, where she now is a board advisory member. Laduca shoes recently released a shoe in Sarah’s honor: “The Showstopper", aka The MEAHL HEEL.
