Kristin’s class is anchored in a moving from one’s center-- dropping into the body and communicating from a space of clarity, presence and connection. Her warm-up—a blend of technique, energetic releases, moving meditation—primes the body and mind for the physical challenge of the choreography and establishes the foundation for a conversation between music and movement. The shading and dynamism in the physicality of her choreography works to promote an acute awareness to time, space and the others sharing the space.
