Sade McKenzie is a multidisciplinary wellness leader, movement artist, and visionary devoted to bridging ancient healing traditions with modern science and embodied practice. As the founder of Hidden Alchemy, she curates transformative experiences that restore balance to the nervous system, cultivate radical self-acceptance, and awaken the spirit. Her work exists at the intersection of wellness, artistry, and luxury lifestyle, offering spaces where healing feels intentional, elevated, and deeply human.

A lifelong dancer and holistic practitioner, Sade’s journey began through movement as a language of self-expression and regulation. Over time, this foundation expanded into a comprehensive healing methodology that integrates yoga, breathwork, astrology, herbal alchemy, sound therapy, and somatic awareness. Her approach is both intuitive and evidence-informed, honoring ancestral wisdom while remaining grounded in nervous system science and emotional resilience.

Sade’s expertise has taken her from the stage to some of the world’s most respected wellness destinations and cultural platforms, including Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, lululemon, and Y7 Studio, as well as immersive retreats across Bali and Mexico. An embodied, breath-led yoga experience that reconnects you to strength, fluidity, and inner
presence. Through mindful sequencing, conscious breathwork, and somatic awareness, this class
meets you where you are, whether you’re seeking deep release, nervous system regulation, or
enhanced performance on and off the dance floor. Expect spacious movement, intuitive
alignment cues, and transitions that honor your body’s rhythm. Grounded yet invigorating, this
practice cultivates resilience, clarity, and ease, inviting you to move with intention, expand your

range of motion, and leave feeling centered, open, and energized. All levels welcome; variations
offered to support both warm-up flow and restorative integration.

A dynamic, alignment-based Pilates class designed to build deep core strength, stability, and
body awareness for dancers and movers of all levels. This class emphasizes precision, breath
control, and efficient movement to support injury prevention, improved posture, and enhanced
performance. Expect intentional sequencing that strengthens the abdominals, glutes, and back
while increasing mobility and coordination. Grounded yet energizing, the practice cultivates
control, balance, and resilience, helping you move with greater ease, power, and confidence on
and off the studio floor. Modifications and progressions are offered to meet you where you are.
