Halie Walker has been dancing since the age of two. Growing up in Northern California, she spent her childhood in the studio, falling in love with every part of the dance world, from the magic of performing to the joy of learning something new each week. From an early age, it was clear that dance would be a lifelong passion.

With over six years of teaching experience, Halie is dedicated to creating dance spaces filled with joy, creativity, and connection. She specializes in teaching young dancers and strives to make every child feel loved, seen, and supported. Her teaching style blends structure with play, encouraging students to grow in both confidence and discipline while having fun along the way. Halie received her professional training at the Theater Arts Preparatory School in Las Vegas, a commercial dance program designed to prepare dancers for the industry. After graduating, she danced professionally for two years, performing with various companies and choreographers across the country. While she loves the stage, her heart belongs to dance education and helping students grow not only as dancers but as individuals.

In addition to her teaching work, Halie has held administrative and marketing roles within the studio setting. She has contributed to creative planning, event coordination, and community engagement. She also serves as a Mastermind Coach and Content Coordinator with Team Julie Kay, supporting dance educators and studio owners across the country through mentorship and resource development.

Halie is thrilled to be joining the Broadway Dance Center family for the 2025–2026 season and can’t wait to see you in class!
