Laura Edwards grew up studying all styles of dance during her childhood. It wasn’t until after high school when her professional dancing career jump started as a featured dancer in a music video for hip hop artist Lil’ Mo. Shortly after she took part in the feature film Step Up, filmed near her hometown, she developed a new attitude towards the dance industry and moved to Los Angeles to enhance her skills and take on new opportunities.
Tavia and Tamara have taught several workshops in various countries and at conventions such as The PULSE and Monsters Of Hip-Hop. They have studied Dancehall for a number of years including travels to Jamaica, the birthplace of Dancehall. Their experience in performing with numerous artists makes their class a great learning experience that anyone and all levels can enjoy.
As the founder and owner of Do Dat Entertainment, Luther Brown channeled his creative energy and innovative vision that transformed the formerly unknown Toronto urban dance community into the thriving industry it is today. During Do Dat’s existence for the past 17 years, many dancers from across the country that have had the opportunity to work with Luther have gone on to lead very successful careers in the industry as a direct result of the skills they developed under his tutelage.
Scott Nicholson is a Choreographer/Creative Director/Dancer/Artist who has a diverse movement background with the passion and heart to match. He and his brother, Brian Nicholson, are currently Choreographers and Creative team members for Ariana Grande. Brian and Scott strive to be the most up to date and contemporary bridge between many art forms.
