Kathryn "Kate" Dunn is currently the Associate Choroegrapher for the Broadway musical, Groundhog Day. She was also the Associate Choreographer to Peter Darling on Matilda (Broadway), as well as the supervisor for all of the Matilda productions in the USA, and ;Associate Choreographer to Peter Darling on Billy Elliot in the West End, and Broadway, as well as Supervisor for all the US touring production companies.

Gelsey Kirkland received her early training at the School of American Ballet, dancing children’s roles in Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Harlequinade. She graduated to the New York City Ballet in 1968, was promoted to soloist in 1970, and principal dancer in 1972.
