Venus Chun

Dancing since age 6, this fireball Venus Chun represents much of her little red dot birthplace Singapore - small in size yet powerfully unique. She has choreographed for some of Asia's top Chinese pop artistes like Wang Leehom, BY2, Hong Junyang, and Candyce, and has been a featured dancer on New York Fashion Week, Good Morning America, ABC Live, as well as in music videos for The Code, Diplo, Slayrizz, Born i Music to name a few. Her recent works include Aurora Showcase NYC, a full-length theatre show in collaboration with Body and Pole that integrates aerial silks, hoop, and pole with all forms of dance. In addition, her solo theatre works include a collaboration with the New York Botanical Garden, an experiential immersion in nature that creates an entire experience through dance, and her first full length solo showcase The Five Elements with Jump into the Light that combines dance with Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technology. The Five Elements is also inspired by her love and passion for bodyART, a movement training system that is grounded in Western Exercise Science and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Venus Chun has been a key pioneer of bodyART® back in Singapore and continues to teach and spread this love of dance and movement to all.
